Sales Support Officer

Based in Tamworth (B77 5PN
), Soudal (UK) Ltd is one of the largest subsidiaries within the Soudal Group and currently looking for a Sales Support Officer to join a growing customer service team, reporting to the Customer Service Manager.

* Handle inbound calls in line with set KPI’s.

* Manage customer expectations by phone, email and any other appropriate means of communication.

* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in the processing of orders.

* Liaising with all other departments to improve efficiency and minimise issues and costs.

* Manage delivery issues in line with customer expectations.

* Make outbound calls to maximise sales opportunities.

* Update customer price files.

* Maintain customer data within CRM and SAP.

* Manage customer open order books in line with customer expectations.

Profile

* Minimum 3 years relevant experience in a fast-paced environment.

* Excellent communication skills both written and verbally.

* Preferably SAP, Microsoft Outlook, CRM Dynamics 365 experience.

* Problem-solving and organisational skills.

* Team player.

* Ability to work under pressure and deadlines.

* Exceed customer expectations - go the extra mile.
