The role is full-time and permanent, Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00 (plus 60-minute slot once weekly), with an uncapped bonus and realistic OTE of £35,000+. You will work with customers in arrears to resolve balances and offer suitable payment solutions.
Not a sales role or credit control; focus is on empathetic, professional support and problem solving to achieve positive outcomes.
