We are looking for motivated, adaptable individuals to join secondary schools across Tamworth as Teaching Assistants and Cover Supervisors. The Role s

Teaching Assistants:
Work closely with teachers to support students (one-to-one or in small groups), helping them overcome barriers to learning and reach their potential.

Cover Supervisors:
Take the lead in the classroom! You’ll manage behavior and oversee pre-set lessons when a teacher is absent. It’s the ultimate way to build confidence and classroom management skills.
