Knowledgeable about SEN and inclusive learning strategies
Confident working as part of a team, while also capable of working independently when required
Committed to creating a nurturing and engaging learning environment

Requirements:
A relevant qualification (e.g., Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant, Supporting Teaching & Learning, or equivalent)
Recent experience working within an SEN or Primary school setting
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A genuine desire to support pupils’ academic, social, and emotional development

The Role:

Supporting pupils on a 1:1 and small group basis
Assisting with the delivery of tailored learning activities
Promoting positive behaviour and engagement
Working collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, and wider staff
