Smile Education is working in partnership with a vibrant and inclusive special school in Tamworth to recruit a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join their supportive team.

This is a generic special school for pupils aged 11–19, supporting students with an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP). The school is committed to ensuring that every student is valued, supported, and encouraged to achieve their full potential.

• Have experience working with or caring for young people with additional needs

• Hold a Teaching Assistant qualification (Level 2 or Level 3 desirable) or equivalent experience

• Helping to maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
