Fierté Multi-Academy Trust is seeking to appoint a reflective, creative and enthusiastic Key Stage 2 teacher to join the dedicated team at Anker Valley Primary Academy. The successful candidate will become part of a supportive and collaborative staff who are deeply committed to providing the highest quality education for our children. We are looking for a committed professional with the skills and passion to deliver excellent teaching across Key Stage 2.

- Strong subject knowledge across the KS2 curriculum, including age‑related expectations in reading, writing and maths.

- Ability to plan and deliver high quality, well‑sequenced lessons that support progression across KS2.
- Experience in preparing pupils for statutory KS2 assessments/SATs.
- Skill in adapting teaching to meet the needs of all learners, including SEND, EAL and higher attaining pupils.
- Confidence in using educational technology to enhance learning and engagement.
- Ability to create a positive, engaging and well‑managed learning environment that promotes independence and resilience.
- Strong interpersonal skills enabling positive relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues.
- Understanding of how to develop wider learning skills such as oracy, critical thinking, collaboration and problem‑solving.
- Commitment to delivering a broad, balanced and creative curriculum that excites and inspires pupils.
