A multi-academy trust in Staffordshire is seeking a proactive Teaching Assistant to provide 1:1 support for a Reception pupil and deliver small group interventions. Key responsibilities include managing transitions, delivering Phonics, Literacy, and Numeracy sessions, and supporting social interactions. The ideal candidate should have experience in Early Years and strong communication skills. This fixed-term role requires 22.5 hours per week during term time, and interviews will be held shortly after the Final date to receive applications.
