Year 3 Class Teacher Monarch Education

Monarch Education are working with a primary school in Tamworth to recruit a Year 3 Class Teacher on a full-time basis.

• Teaching a Year 3 class
• Planning and delivering lessons in line with the National Curriculum
• Supporting pupils’ progress and preparing them for end of year assessments
• Managing behaviour and creating a consistent classroom environment
• Working closely with support staff and SLT

• QTS – preferred but will consider ECT’s
• Experience teaching in KS2
• Good classroom and behaviour management
• Ability to plan and deliver clear, structured lessons
• Reliable and professional
