Solar Field Service Engineer
Salary: £38,000 + package

Tamworth & surrounding areas

This is a fantastic opportunity to join the Operations & Maintenance (O&M) team of one of the largest and fastest-growing solar energy developers globally.
Key Responsibilities:
* Carry out both preventative and corrective maintenance on electrical components, including inverters and solar modules.
* Deliver electrical maintenance services across a regional portfolio of solar farms.
* Coordinate and manage relationships with local subcontractors.
* Consistently follow HSE procedures and contribute to ongoing risk assessments.
What We're Looking For:
* Electrically competent, with hands-on experience.
* Ideally holds a recognised qualification such as City & Guilds 2382-18 (18th Edition).
* Previous experience with industrial PV installation or maintenance is highly desirable.
* Full, clean driving licence required.
* Strong team player with good communication skills.
* HV Training will be provided to all employees after 6 - 9 month period which will result in pay increase
