A reputable engineering firm in Tamworth is seeking a proven Reliability Engineer to join their established team. You will support on-site maintenance technicians and improve production processes heavily reliant on automation. Candidates must be qualified electrically or mechanically and have experience in manufacturing, OEE, MTBF, and MTTR data analysis.

Experience with Siemens S7, TIA Portal Plc, and WinCC Flex HMI is essential.

This role offers a starting salary of approximately £52,000.
