Position: Technical Manager (Working at Height Safety)
Technical Manager (Fall Protection / Working at Height Safety) Wirral, with frequent site visits. £60,000 - £70,000  Benefits Package to be discussed at interview Are you an experienced technical professional from the work at height, fall protection or façade access sector, ready to step into a high-impact leadership role where your expertise will directly shape technical standards and delivery? This is a fantastic opportunity to become the technical authority within a well-established specialist business operating across the UK, providing expert guidance on permanent and temporary fall protection, façade access and safe access systems.

You'll work closely with senior management and teams across Design, Installation, Compliance and Sales, giving you genuine influence over technical strategy and the opportunity to develop into a key technical leader within the business. The organisation operates in a highly regulated and technically demanding market, helping businesses and building owners manage critical safety requirements across a wide range of commercial and infrastructure environments.

This position would suit a Technical Specialist looking to progress their career, broaden their engineering and leadership responsibilities.

The Role:

Act as the lead technical authority within the business Develop technical capability within the business through training, mentoring, product development Review designs & specifications to ensure compliance with relevant standards & legislation The Candidate:
Strong technical understanding of legislation & standards writhing work at height, fall protection or façade access CAD experience Full UK driving licence and willingness to complete overnight stays Reference Number: BBBH
