Asan Apprentice Cellular Network Field Engineers/Rigger, you’ll work as part ofan experienced field team delivering projects across the UK. The role ishands-on, varied, and ideal for someone who enjoys practical work and problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:- Working as part of a team on nationwidetelecoms projects
- Assisting with installation and rigging works on telecoms sites
- Adapting to changing site conditions andlast-minute changes
- Identifying and helping solve on-site challenges
- Maintaining high standards of safety,accuracy, and workmanship
- Working safely at height and usingfall-arrest equipment.
- Understanding of telecoms rigging and antenna systems.
- Basic electrical principles, testing, and certification.
- Health & Safety, RF awareness, andfirst aid at height.
- Reading and following technical drawings.
- Quality assurance and environmental awareness.
- Teamwork, communication, and leadership skills
