School Site Manager

Smile Education is currently looking for an experienced and reliable school Site Manager to work full time at a school based in Tamworth. The role will be to start immediately.

It is essential that you have previous experience working within a school setting as well as completing general repairs and building maintenance work.

General maintenance of school grounds and facilities.

Open and close the school and maintain security throughout.

Complete basic repairs and arrange contractors for major repairs.

Supervise cleaning staff.

General porterage duties.

Key holder responsibilities.

Inspect, monitor and record building cleaning records.

Work closely with the school Business Manager regarding appropriate repairs and maintenance.

Carry out non-specialist building maintenance works i.e. plumbing and decorating.

Record management and keeping & Supervise, manage, and train team members.

Previous experience working within a school environment.

Maintenance experience.

Eligibility to work within the UK.

Enhanced DBS disclosure.

Professional reference checks.
