Registered Manager - Children's Home - Tamworth, Staffordshire - £55000 - £65000 plus guaranteed bonuses

Hello Recruitment is pleased to be recruiting a Registered Manager for a children's home for children with emotional and behavioural difficulties based in Tamworth.

Operational & Resource Management

Stakeholder Engagement

The successful candidate must have Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or happy to complete within 12 months), 5 years in children's residential care and proven Ofsted experience at a minimum of GOOD level.

The role comes with a salary of up to £65000 plus guaranteed bonuses with this unique and rewarding position.
