Registered Manager – Children's Home – Tamworth, Staffordshire – £55 000 – £65 000 plus guaranteed bonuses
Hello Recruitment is pleased to be recruiting a Registered Manager for a children's home for children with emotional and behavioural difficulties based in Tamworth.
This is an important role for the group and will cover the key areas of:
Key Areas- Leadership & Compliance
- Care Delivery
- Team Development
- Operational & Resource Management
- Stakeholder Engagement
The successful candidate must have a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or be willing to complete within 12 months), 5 years in children's residential care and proven Ofsted experience at a minimum of GOOD level.
The role comes with a salary of up to £65 000 plus guaranteed bonuses in this unique and rewarding position.
