Job Description

The Role:

Lead, motivate and manage a team within a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Set, monitor and drive KPIs across productivity, accuracy and service.
Ensure smooth day-to-day warehouse operations.
Identify and address poor habits or under performance early.
Maintain high standards of health & safety.
Support training and development within the team.
Be hands-on when required — supporting operations during busy periods.
Provide strong managerial oversight to ensure standards are consistently met.

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in as a warehouse manager or senior supervisor.
Strong understanding of warehouse KPIs and performance management.
Someone who will get involved with warehouse work and lead from the front.
Organised, reliable and solutions focused.
Clear communicator with confident managerial presence.

Hours:

9am-5:30pm
Salary 32k-35k DOE
