Salary & Bonuses£55,000 base salary + £6,000 annual bonus for Outstanding Ofsted rating; £3,000 annual bonus for Good rating.

We are looking for a passionate, experienced Registered Manager to shape the service from day one, supported by a highly involved director team and strong financial backing.
We are also open to considering ambitious Deputy Managers who are ready and willing to step up into a Registered Manager role, provided they have relevant children’s residential experience and Ofsted exposure.

- Lead the home in line with Children’s Homes Regulations and the Quality Standards (2015)
- Act as Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL)
- Ensure Ofsted readiness at all times and aim for an “Outstanding” rating
- Review and maintain the Statement of Purpose regularly
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or willing to complete within 12 months)
- Level 3 or 4 in Residential Childcare already achieved
- 5+ years’ experience in children’s residential care
- At least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role
- A strong understanding of safeguarding and regulatory compliance
- Proven success achieving Good or Outstanding Ofsted outcomes
