The Best Connection Tamworth are recruiting for an Assembly Technician / Panel Wirer to join our prestigious client, a leader in precision engineering and manufacturing. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a modern, clean workshop environment with long-term prospects and overtime available.

• Assembling and manufacturing parts and assemblies into complete machines ready for testing
• Mechanical fitting and assembly of parts, sub-assemblies, and finished products
• Control panel assembly and wiring
• Wiring and testing of chambers using detailed work instructions
• Self-inspection of completed work to ensure quality standards
• Finishing and packaging of machines ready for dispatch
• Suggesting and implementing improvements to reduce waste and costs
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation in the work area
• Occasional picking and packing of spares orders
• Assisting in training of other employees when required

• £14.93 per hour + overtime (£22.40ph)
