Tri-Links Medical Practice in Tamworth is seeking a motivated Practice Nurse to join our clinical team for around 20-22 hours per week. You will deliver high-quality nursing care across the whole practice population and work closely with GPs, ACPs, and reception staff.
The ideal candidate is NMC registered with Primary Care experience, confident in infection control, immunisations, chronic disease management, and using EMIS/DOCMAN for records.
