Trainee Sales Agent

As a Real Estate Sales Associate
, mentored by the Tamworth team, you will dive into the dynamic world of prospecting for new business. Learning from some of the top agents in the field, this role offers a unique opportunity to engage with vendors and buyers of a wider range of properties and build a powerful network within the industry, setting the stage for a successful and fulfilling career.

As a Real Estate Sales Associate, you will be provided with the tools necessary to support the sales agents in delivering outcomes for their clients through the end-to-end sales process and supported to learn and grow your career.

• Support the sales team in identifying and qualifying new sales opportunities
• Assist prepare property appraisals, listings and promoting open homes
• Build and maintain authentic buyer and client relationships
• Manage buyer enquiries and accurately maintaining databases
• Support open homes, coordinate appointments, photo shoots and inspections

• Current NSW Sales Registration Certificate or working towards completion
• Current driver’s license with suitable vehicle
• Previous experience in a fast-paced sales or customer focused environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and proficient using Microsoft Office
• Flexibility to work Monday – Saturday (no Sunday work required)
• An eagerness to develop and grow your Real Estate career
