The Role:NPD Technologist
As an NPD Technologist, you will be instrumental in driving new product development from concept through to launch. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate consumer insights into innovative food solutions. Your responsibilities will include leading R&D trials, ensuring feasibility and scalability, and maintaining high standards of quality and food safety. A proactive approach and strong technical expertise will enable you to contribute significantly to our client's pipeline of exciting products.
- Lead and support new product development projects from initial concept to launch
- Collaborate with R&D, marketing, and supply chain teams to ensure product feasibility
- Conduct trials, analyse results, and implement improvements
- Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with food safety standards
- Keep abreast of industry trends and innovative ingredients
- Proven experience in NPD within the food industry
