SALES EXECUTIVE (NEW BUSINESS TEAM)

Our growing team is made up of over 110 qualified and none qualified professionals in Staffordshire, Birmingham, West Midlands, Northamptonshire and Leicestershire. We’re always looking to hear from people who enjoy supporting clients with their legal issues.

This is an exciting, fast paced role working for one of the top 30 conveyancing firms in the UK.

MEETS NATIONAL MINIMUM WAGE

TAMWORTH

• Answering high volume calls pertaining to incoming enquiries
• Providing quotations for clients who are interested in using Glover Priest
• Cross sell other Glover Priest products and services at every opportunity
• Follow up leads with potential clients & referrers
• Chase leads and making outbound calls
• Creating client files using our internal case management system
• Responsible for Customer Portal administration
• Working within shared inboxes to retrieve quote enquiries and action accordingly
• Responding to customer communications in appropriate timescales and professional manner

• The ability to work in a customer driven environment
• Passionate about sales
• Highly motivated by targets, with the ability to overachieve goals and targets
• Good level of IT skills and a high level of attention to detail
• Effective team player with a positive attitude
• Resilience with the ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
• Ability to overcome objections and remain calm under pressure
• Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
• A can-do attitude and be able to work within a fast paced, time sensitive environment

• Joining salary of National Minimum Wage plus potential OTE up to £28,223
• 20 days holiday plus bank holidays
• Free Health Shield cover after 3 months

• Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
