Sales & Marketing Manager - Distributor Support & Channel Management
c £45k | Tamworth | Office-based + International Travel
Established UK manufacturer of industrial instrumentation selling globally through distributor and agent network. Full turnkey engineering and manufacturing solutions for industrial clients worldwide.
The Role:Sales & Marketing Manager to work alongside experienced Sales & Marketing Manager supporting global distributor network. This is a consultative, relationship-driven role focused on enabling distributor sales success rather than direct selling or commission-based targets.
Key Responsibilities:- Build and maintain relationships with distributors and agents internationally through face-to-face visits
- Provide technical and commercial support to distributor network (£8m annual target responsibility)
- Create technical collateral: product guides, datasheets, application notes, case studies, digital content
- Manage website content, technical resources, and marketing materials
