We are recruiting for a Valuer for our client’s Tamworth branch. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional looking to make a real impact within a growing business. The role involves valuing properties, building relationships with clients, and driving new business, all while being part of a supportive team focused on delivering excellent customer service.

• Conduct property valuations in the Tamworth area, providing accurate pricing and market insights for potential sellers.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer service throughout the sales process.
• Generate new business by identifying opportunities and converting leads into property instructions.
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth communication and progression through the sales cycle.
• Represent the agency professionally within the local market, establishing a strong reputation and presence.

• Proven experience in property valuation or estate agency
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Highly motivated and results-driven, with a passion for achieving targets.
• Self-starter, able to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage your own workload effectively.
• A full UK driving license is essential.

• Salary: £26,000, with a strong bonus structure OTE: £55,000+
• Full-time, with immediate start available.
