This is a Part time or full-time on-site role for a Sports Specialist located near Tamworth or Burton on Trent. Responsibilities include planning and delivering high-quality sports coaching sessions, supervising and engaging with children during school hours and activities, and coordinating extra curricular clubs and holiday programs. The role also involves fostering a positive and supportive environment, ensuring child safety protocols are followed, and building effective relationships with schools, parents, and participants to promote programs and increase enrollment.

• Experience in Sports Coaching to deliver engaging and effective physical activities for children
• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with children, parents, and schools
• Coaching skills to lead educational and fun activities that promote physical and social development
• Sales skills to effectively promote programs, encourage participation, and grow community engagement
• Ability to adhere to safeguarding practices and ensure child safety
• Relevant qualifications such as a coaching certification or background in physical education are highly desirable
• First Aid certification and enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain)
• Passion for inspiring children to maintain a healthy and active lifestyle
