Counterbalance Driver

Groom field Recruitment are excited to be recruiting Counterbalance Driver for a thriving, modern warehouse based in Tamworth B78. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a friendly and growing team, working in a clean, well-organised environment.

Working Hours - 06:00 to 14:00, Monday to Friday
Pay Rate - £12.21 per hour (Dependent on experience)

What you’ll be doing as a Counterbalance Driver:

* Order picking and packing

* Manual container unloading (Goods In)

* General warehouse duties (Goods Out)

* Supporting smooth day-to-day warehouse operations

* Driving the Counterbalance to offload goods (You won’t be operating the counterbalance on a full-time basis; the role will also include a variety of general labourers’ duties)

What we’re looking for in a Counterbalance Driver:

* External counterbalance licence (Must be able to provide a copy)

* Previous counterbalance experience – Essential

* Previous warehouse experience – Essential

* Physically fit and comfortable with hands-on, manual work

* Reliable team player with a can-do attitude

* Positive and proactive approach to work
