Location: Tamworth
Pay: £12.71 per hour (Days) / £13.83 per hour (Nights)
Shift Pattern: 3 on / 3 off
Hours:

• Days: 06:00 - 18:00
• Nights: 18:00 - 06:00

The Best Connection Tamworth are currently recruiting for Warehouse Operatives to join a well-known business within the distribution industry in Tamworth. This Warehouse Operative role offers excellent long-term opportunities, with potential permanent positions available following a successful trial period.

This is a fantastic opportunity for candidates with previous warehouse experience looking to develop their skills within the warehouse and distribution industry
. Full training will be provided on VNA and Reach forklift trucks, along with additional MHE equipment.

As a Warehouse Operative in Tamworth, you will support daily warehouse operations within the distribution industry
, ensuring stock is handled safely, accurately, and efficiently.

• Operating VNA and Reach forklift trucks safely and efficiently
• Palletisation and stock replenishment
• Scanning products and updating stock records
• Shrink wrapping goods ready for dispatch
• General housekeeping and maintaining warehouse standards
• Using warehouse equipment including MHE V08, LLOP, and PPT (training provided)

• Previous warehouse experience preferred
• Willingness to train and operate VNA and Reach forklift trucks
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Reliable and hardworking attitude

• £12.71 per hour for day shifts
• £13.83 per hour for night shifts
• 3 on / 3 off shift pattern
