Pure Staff are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join our client based in Tamworth
. Our client is a well-established supplier specialising in heating supplies
, providing a wide range of products to customers across the trade.

This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operative to join a busy distribution operation. The successful candidate will play an important role in ensuring heating products are accurately picked, packed and prepared for delivery while maintaining a safe and organised warehouse environment.

As a Warehouse Operative
, your duties will include:

• Picking and packing heating supplies accurately and efficiently.
• Loading and unloading deliveries and goods.
• Checking incoming and outgoing stock for accuracy and quality.
• Preparing orders for dispatch and ensuring products are correctly labelled.
• Moving stock around the warehouse using appropriate equipment.
• Maintaining a clean, tidy and organised warehouse environment.
• Assisting with stock checks and inventory management.
• Working as part of a team to ensure customer orders are completed on time.
• Following all company health and safety procedures.
• Carrying out general warehouse duties as required.

• Previous warehouse experience is essential.
• Good level of physical fitness, as the role involves manual handling.
• Ability to work in a busy warehouse environment.
• Good attention to detail when picking and checking orders.
• Reliable, punctual and hardworking attitude.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Positive approach to work and willingness to learn.
• Experience with in a distribution, trade supplies or heating/plumbing environment would be advantageous.

• £12.71 per hour
• Monday – Friday
• Day shifts – 14:00 – 23:00
• 1-hour unpaid break

• Weekly pay from an experienced payroll team.
• Holiday accrued up to 28 days (pro-rata).
