** Field Service Technician (m/f/d)
** based in the UK to start as soon as possible and offer an interesting and varied job in a well-functioning team.
** Main duties and responsibilities
*** Preparation and execution of construction Machine Control installations and interventions at the customers office or on the construction site.
* Pre- and post-sales support for customers, sales partners and Topcon employees both remote and on-site.
* Being the Subject Matter Expert for colleagues and dealers.
* Carrying out training courses and briefings for end users, dealers and Topcon employees.
* Work with professional CRM system.
* Area of operation:
Great Britain
** Required experience, skills and knowledge
*** Previous experience as an Installation Engineer within the construction sector preferred but would consider a plant/vehicle fitter with suitable mechanical and electrical installation experience.
* B Driving License.
* Language level English: B2 or higher.
* Ability to work in a team environment that promotes collaboration.
* Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
* Efficient communication both verbal and written.
* Preferential qualifications:
Technical knowledge of construction site processes and machines; technical knowledge of earthmoving and/or Civil Engineering processes.
* Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Suite and experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
