$90.00/hr - $105.00/hr

Board

Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) Duties and Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments, including functional analyses, and interpret results.
• Design and oversee behavior-analytic interventions.
• Develop and apply assessment and intervention methods for various cases, even in new situations.
• Train others to implement ethical and effective behavior interventions based on research.
• Submit session notes, progress reports, and treatment plans on time.
• Ensure ABA providers collect accurate data according to The Learning Tree’s policies.

Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) Supervisory Responsibilities

• Supervise ABA Paraprofessionals and RBTs, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
• Provide 1:1 direct supervision and guidance to team members.
• Update treatment plans based on data and ongoing assessments.
• Oversee the collection of appropriate and accurate data.
• Conduct face-to-face parent training and treatment planning as needed.

Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) Qualifications

• BCBA Certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board required.
• Possess an active, valid and unrestricted certificate(s)/ license(s) to perform applied behavior analytic services in the State where services are being provided.
• Have the ability to travel to and between client locations.
