About the PositionThe Home Health Nurse provides skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, focusing on promoting health, preventing disease, and helping patients manage chronic conditions. This role involves coordinating care with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a high standard of care and patient safety.
Responsibilities- Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes.

- Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a high standard of care and patient safety.
- Minimum of 1 year of current work experience providing home health care.
- Maryland State Healthcare Provider license or willingness to obtain one.
- Certification: BLS required.
