The Service Technician is an integral part of the on-site Service Team. The position will respond and attend to resident service requests, communicate with residents to resolve maintenance issues, and assist the Service Manager in performing preventive maintenance of the asset.

As a Humphrey Management Ambassador, the Service Technician pays particular attention toward asset protection. They display solid knowledge and skill in safe use of hand and power tools and other materials to complete maintenance tasks, follow all company, safety, and security policies and procedures, and visually inspect the community to report any maintenance concerns.

The Service Technician reports directly to the Community Manager/Service Manager and is accountable to the Property Owners, Residents, and Team Members.

The Service Technician is responsible for all plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and painting at the community. They perform repairs, maintenance, and cleaning of property both interior and exterior. At least one‑year related experience is required, and outstanding customer service skills are essential.
