We are looking for a Payroll Intern to join our team. You will gain hands-on experience in payroll processing and client support while learning how payroll operations work in a professional environment. Your main tasks will include managing payroll data, preparing reports, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely payroll for multiple clients. This role is ideal for students or fresh graduates in Accounting or Finance who are detail-oriented, eager to learn, and proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Main Responsibilities

• Support payroll processing for multiple clients
• Assist with payroll data entry and validation
• Help prepare payroll reports and payslips
• Coordinate with internal teams on payroll-related matters

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

• Student or fresh graduate in Accounting or Finance
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines
• Willing to learn and maintain confidentiality
