Accounting Advisory Service; Senior Associate

Accounting Advisory Services provide services for accounting advisory process and financial reporting assistance, such as: assessment on accounting treatment, existing financial reporting process and provide recommendation for improvements, develop accounting policies and procedures, provide assistance in financial reporting preparation process, provide insight and creating value for transformation in client’s accounting and financial reporting process, collaborate with other services in M&A or IPO activities and other deliverables based on specific engagement requirements.

• Communicate on the accounting and financial reporting advisory results and opportunity for improvement based on leading practices to client personnel and senior leadership
• Develop and maintain a positive, productive, collaborative professional relationship with the client and engagement or project teams to provide well-coordinated and consistent high performance results
• Participate in firm go-to-market activities, identify new business opportunities and contribute to the development of proposals

• For Associate to Senior:
  Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, prior experience as an external auditor associate is preferred
• Academic background in fields related to Accounting; CA/CPA or comparable certification is preferred
• Advanced knowledge of finance reporting process and controls, accounting standard and reporting requirements such as PSAK and IFRS.
• Advanced problem solving and analytical skills with proven ability to use data effectively to identify and resolve issues
• Ability to identify observations and recommendations for business process and control issues in correlation with financial and regulatory reporting as well as its operations.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to gain the confidence and respect of senior executives
• Goal driven—help clients understand issues and resolve key questions, ability to drive through to an outcome and to gain stakeholder support in circumstances of complexity and ambiguity
• Intellectual mobility, inquisitiveness and an ability to work independently; be comfortable developing answers and solutions often when the client requirement remains unclear, or changes
• High proficiency in verbal and written English is essential
• Flexibility to adapt to a variety of different engagement types, working hours and work environments and locations
