- Pendidikan minimal SMK Akuntansi/Keuangan, S1 Akuntansi lebih diutamakan.
- Memiliki pengalaman kerja di bidang akuntansi/keuangan minimal 1 tahun.
- Menguasai dasar‑dasar akuntansi dan pencatatan transaksi keuangan.
- Mampu mengoperasikan Ms. Excel dan software akuntansi (misalnya: Accurate, MYOB, atau sejenisnya).
- Teliti, detail‑oriented, dan memiliki kemampuan analisis yang baik.
- Mampu bekerja secara individu maupun dalam tim.
- Memiliki integritas tinggi dan mampu menjaga kerahasiaan data keuangan perusahaan.
