PT Fabindo Sejahtera in Tangerang is seeking a Cost Accounting Supervisor to oversee costing processes and reports in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and 3-5 years of relevant experience. Responsibilities include analyzing variances, creating financial reports, and ensuring data accuracy in ERP systems.
Strong analytical skills, knowledge of COGS calculations, and familiarity with Microsoft Excel and SAP are essential. We are looking for someone who can build a team and work with integrity to improve operational cost performance.
