Support the administration and execution of trade marketing programs by processing invoices, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring timely reporting and data management.

Job Description:

Process and verify distributor invoices and claims based on approved trade marketing programs.

Review supporting documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Compile and maintain complete documentation for trade programs (e.g., invoices, agreements, proof of execution).

Input and update data into tracking files or systems accurately and on time.

Coordinate with sales teams and distributors to collect required documents.

Assist in preparing program reports and month-end closing activities.

Identify discrepancies or missing information and elevate to the supervisor when necessary.

Maintain organized filing of softcopy and hardcopy for audit and reporting purposes.

Job Requirement:

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Administration, Finance, Sales Support, Trade Marketing, or a similar role.

Familiar with invoice processing, documentation, and data management.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.

Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.

Good analytical, communication, and coordination skills.

Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Experience in the FMCG or Consumer Goods industry is an advantage.
