- Memproses & memverifikasi invoice, faktur pajak, dan dokumen hutang agar tercatat akurat dan dibayar tepat waktu
- Melakukan pencatatan jurnal hutang ke sistem akuntansi
- Membantu proses closing bulanan & tahunan serta menyusun laporan hutang dan aging schedule
- Mengelola scan, filing, dan arsip dokumen
- Memastikan kepatuhan terhadap prosedur pembayaran hutang perusahaan
- Memahami Microsoft Excel, terutama rumus dasar dan pengolahan data
- Memahami pengoperasian software ERP Akuntansi
- Memahami jurnal dasar akuntansi dan prinsip dasar akuntansi
- Teliti, rapi, dan memiliki kemampuan analisa yang baik
- Mampu bekerja dengan deadline dan target
