• Lead financial reporting and closing processes
• Manage cash flow, AP, AR, and inventory reconciliation
• Ensure financial accuracy and compliance
• Improve accounting system and internal controls
• Collaborate with Purchasing, Warehouse, and Production teams

• 3+ years in Accounting & Finance, preferably in manufacturing or retail
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, cash flow and inventory accounting
• Proficient in accounting system and Google Sheets
• Analytical, detail oriented, and highly accountable
• Strong communication and problem solving skills
