Finance Accounting and Tax Supervisor

A newly established beverage company in Tangerang with origin from China is looking for personnel to work together to expand its presence in Indonesia market.

About the role

Main focal point for company's Finance, Accounting and Tax related activities. Upon completion of probation period and based on work performance, the candidate will have the opportunity to develop his/her careers to management level.

Key responsibilities

Develop and verify the company's finance, accounting and tax systems.

Handle Account Payables, Account Receivables and General Ledger

Process invoices and issue payment vouchers and receipt vouchers

Prepare monthly journals for month-end and year-end closing requirements

Monitor all monthly payments and expenses, including Purchase Orders (PO) and invoices/receipt evidence

Prepare annual group consolidation reports

Prepare and report monthly and annual tax returns (SPT)

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

2–3 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, and Tax

High sense of responsibility and willing to work collaboratively within a growing company team

Understand basic English or Mandarin languages will be an added advantage
