Eighty One Coffee is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Staff Finance & Accounting to join our dynamic team based in Tangerang, Banten. As a fulltime employee, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial records and accounts receivaible processes of our growing coffee business.

Job Description

Manage and process Accounts Receivable (AR), including sales recording, payment collection, outstanding monitoring, and reconciliation.

Process Accounts Payable (AP), from document verification to payment processing.

Record cash and bank receipts and payments accurately and on a timely basis.

Perform regular cash and bank reconciliations.

Ensure financial transactions from cafes, restaurants, and outlets are properly recorded and supported by complete documentation.

Record and process financial transactions using the ESB Accounting System.

Prepare journal entries and ensure accurate accounting records.

Perform monthly closing and assist in preparing financial reports.

Reconcile sales data from the system with cash, bank, and payment gateway settlements.

Prepare financial reports and data required by management.

Monitor and reconcile sales transactions from cafes, restaurants, and outlets, including cash, debit/credit cards, QRIS, e-wallets, delivery platforms, and other payment methods.

Ensure payment gateway and online delivery settlements are properly matched with recorded sales.

Identify and follow up on discrepancies between sales reports, settlements, and accounting records.

Prepare supporting documents for audit and tax purposes.

Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
.

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Finance & Accounting
.

Must have experience in the F&B industry
, preferably in cafes, restaurants, or similar businesses.

Must have hands-on experience handling AR
, particularly sales reconciliation and outlet/payment settlements.

Must have experience using ESB Accounting System
.

Good understanding of AR, AP, bank reconciliation, journal entries, and monthly closing
.

Familiarity with QRIS, EDC, e-wallets, and online delivery platforms is a plus.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets
.

Detail-oriented, responsible, organized, and able to work with deadlines.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
