Our client is seeking a dedicated and highly competent Senior Accountant to strengthen their financial reporting team in Bekasi . This role is essential for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of the company's financial statements and disclosures. You will play a key part in the month-end and year-end close processes, assist in financial audits, and contribute to the continuous improvement of accounting procedures, supporting the overall financial health and transparency of the organization within the finance department.

• Manage and oversee the month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards (e.g., PSAK) and regulatory requirements.
• Assist external auditors during financial audits and provide necessary documentation.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance accounting efficiency and accuracy.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field; CPA or equivalent is a strong plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with a focus on financial reporting .
• In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, IFRS/PSAK, and tax regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
