Accounting Officer

Dewa Cafe is looking for a detail-oriented and trustworthy Accounting Officer to join our Pre-opening team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about financial accuracy, record keeping, and supporting the company's financial operations.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Minimum 1 year of experience in Accounting, Finance, or a similar role.

Good understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.

Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliation, and bookkeeping.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with accounting software is an advantage.

Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

High level of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail.

Able to work independently and meet deadlines.

Basic English proficiency is an advantage.

Record and maintain accurate financial transactions and accounting records.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.

Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.

Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.

Assist in preparing financial statements and supporting documents.

Ensure all financial records comply with company policies and accounting standards.

Coordinate with internal departments regarding financial documentation and payments.

Support month-end and year-end closing processes.

Assist with internal and external audits when required.

Perform other accounting-related duties as assigned by management.
