Accounting, Bookkeeper​/ Accounting Clerk, Accounting Assistant

This is an Accounting position based in BSD, Tangerang. You will manage cash and operational transactions, maintain accounting records and asset data, perform bank reconciliations, handle third-party payment documents, coordinate with tax consultants and auditors, and manage financial documentation and administration.

• Manage patient payments and deposits, petty cash, and operational and vendor payments
• Record daily journals and all transactions into the Accurate system and manage fixed asset data and depreciation
• Perform bank/account reconciliations and assist with monthly and annual closing processes
• Manage payment documents from insurance and psychology bureaus
• Coordinate with tax consultants, assist with internal and external audit processes, ensure SOP compliance, and maintain data confidentiality
• Archive physical and digital documents and handle other finance and accounting administrative tasks

• Minimum S1 degree in Accounting or Finance
• Understanding of accounting cycles and financial statements
• Detail-oriented, honest, responsible, and able to work to deadlines
• Able to use accounting software (such as Accurate, SAP, Jurnal, or similar)
• Strong analytical skills
