- Handle daily accounting transactions, including data entry, journal entries, and account reconciliation.
- Support monthly closing and ensure financial records are accurate and complete.
- Prepare monthly financial reports, including P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, and supporting schedules.
- Perform COGS calculation and analysis, including inventory and cost reconciliation.
- Monitor AP, AR, inventory, and fixed assets.
- Review payment documents and ensure proper accounting and tax treatment.
- Support stock opname, inventory reconciliation, and internal control activities.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure accurate financial data and reporting.
- Candidates from consulting/accounting firms must be willing to adapt to corporate accounting processes and handle day-to-day accounting activities.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 3–4 years of accounting experience, preferably from a consulting/accounting firm or manufacturing company.
- Strong experience in financial reporting, month-end closing, journal entries, and reconciliation & consolidation.
- Good understanding of COGS, inventory accounting, tax and accounting regulations.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willing to learn and adapt to corporate accounting processes.
- Proficient in English and/or Mandarin.
