Account Executive

This is a full-time, on-site Account Executive role based in Tangerang, Indonesia, within the Finance Department of PT Oriental Heavy Gauge Cold Forming. The role is responsible for managing daily accounting and financial transactions, maintaining accurate financial records, supporting tax compliance and documentation, and preparing financial reports. The position will also assist with accounts payable and receivable management, bank reconciliations, month-end closing, inventory and fixed asset verification, and audit preparation.

Working closely with the Finance Manager, Senior Accountant, and other departments, the Account Executive will help ensure accurate financial reporting, compliance with Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations, and timely completion of financial activities.

• Handle daily accounting and financial transactions
• Prepare monthly and annual financial reports
• Manage tax compliance and ensure timely tax reporting
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data
• Support internal and external audit processes
• Liaise with internal stakeholders on finance and tax matters
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations, including Coretax system

• Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related field.
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in accounting, auditing, or taxation. Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience and a strong accounting background are welcome to apply.
• Understanding of Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards (PSAK) and applicable Indonesian tax regulations.
• Brevet A and B tax certification or training is preferred. An SKK (Sertifikasi Kompetensi Kerja) is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, VLOOKUP, and Pivot Tables.
• Familiarity with ERP systems or accounting software, such as SAP, Net Suite, or local accounting systems, is preferred.
• Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
