Air Freight Intern

Location: BSD, South Tangerang

Internship Duration: 6–12 Months

We are looking for a motivated Air Freight Intern to provide day-to-day administrative support to the Order Management Solution Team. This role offers hands‑on exposure to freight forwarding operations in a dynamic logistics environment.

• Provide administrative support for freight forwarding processes and operational activities under close supervision.
• Assist with routine and repetitive tasks such as shipment document preparation and arrangement.
• Maintain accurate filing and documentation of shipment records.
• Support internal communication and coordination with stakeholders as required.
• Assist the team in ensuring smooth and efficient day‑to‑day operations.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
• Good command of English (both written and verbal).
• Strong time management skills and self‑discipline.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail‑oriented with willingness to learn.

• University students (final semester) from any major.
• Active involvement in campus organizations is preferred.
• Previous internship experience will be an advantage.
