Provide administrative support to the Sales team in daily operations.
Process and monitor customer purchase orders from receipt through to order fulfillment and delivery.
Maintain accurate sales records, customer information, and documentation in the CRM system and other internal databases.
Prepare shipping documents, labels, and other administrative documents required for domestic and international shipments.
Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure orders are prepared accurately and shipments are processed correctly and on time.
Track sales orders and monitor order status while coordinating with customers, headquarters, and internal departments.
Communicate with customers and headquarters via email regarding order status, shipping documents, and other administrative matters.
Conduct monthly warehouse stock reconciliation and maintain inventory records.
Prepare and review monthly sales reports and administrative data with headquarters.
Support the Sales team with other administrative duties as assigned.
RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales administration or a similar administrative role.
Proficiency in both spoken and written English.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
Experience using ERP and CRM systems is an advantage.
Strong administrative, organizational, and data management skills.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and coordination skills with cross-functional and international teams.
