Job Description Functional Responsibility

To ensure the smooth operation, maintenance, and management of all office facilities, assets, and general administrative functions, while supporting cost efficiency, compliance, and operational excellence within the organization.

To manage and ensure smooth operation of office facilities, assets, and general administrative functions, providing support to maintain efficiency, compliance, and operational readiness for the organization.

• Inspect, monitor, and manage all office facilities and assets.
• Prepare and control budgets, cost allocation, and cost efficiency for facility management.
• Monitor utilities and ensure timely payments.
• Plan and oversee renovation and improvement projects.
• Manage and coordinate facility maintenance vendors (AC, fire systems, cleaning, repairs, etc.).
• Control all procurement-related processes for facility management (PR, PO, GRN, invoicing).
  Oracle access – TBC.
• Coordinate rental agreements with CMS and relevant parties.
• Manage waste disposal in compliance with regulations.
• Oversee asset management and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Manage office supplies, distribution, and business card issuance.
• Handle Airport Pass administration.
