Provider Relation Internship

Good communication skills (via telephone, email, Whats App).

Strong administrative and documentation skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace (Word, Excel, Gmail, Google Drive).

Ability to create notes and reports.

Friendly, communicative, and confident when interacting with providers.

Detail-oriented in recording provider data and managing required documents.

Proactive in conducting follow-up.

Experience in handling sensitive and confidential information with high integrity and professionalism.

Contact prospective providers (Hospitals, Clinics, Pharmacies, Laboratories) as requested.

Communicate procedures and initial document requirements to providers.

Assist in coordinating initial administrative processes of agreements (PKS) with providers.

Support the Provider Relations team in recording, follow-up, and updating provider status.

Prepare and maintain progress reports related to provider partnerships.
